    I like this article. Articulate. On to something modern, understanding the tangible basics of action based – internet marketing.

    I am a musician / band leader. In my 25+ years I have played drums with a diverse artist roster (Chaka Khan, Janet, Jackson, Sheena Easton, Boz Scaggs, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Burdon and the Animals, Dixie Chicks just to name a few of the hundreds of known and unknown artist.) I have been a band leader of various indie bands since 1991 and with both business I have traveled to probably 47 states and 60 countries globally.

    All of this experience and I still feel lost.
    I have no manager, no agents, no assistants… Just me. I’m overwhelmed with so many old models to get noticed (live performances, new CD/record releases, articles, videos) and frustrated to have talent, music and soul yet I’m broke.
    I need help in today’s market and I need it badly.
    I am ready to employ these tactics with a new model like this. A new website complete with landing pages, ability to collect all e-commerce and the rest of the up to date bells and whistles and a way to weekly research my effectiveness…but I have no money. This type of website building sounds expensive. And I don’t really know anyone in my circle who even comes across as affordable in the web design.

    Any suggestions on how to proceed?

  2. Yep, I have a lot of ideas, Brannen as I’m a musician myself. I’ve got a lot less experience as a musician than you do, but I do know how to tell stories and get reach and awareness happening. Let’s talk.
