WordPress has come a long way since I began using it in 2007. Now it's probably the most stable, secure, and simple CMS (or hosting platform) that you can…
Do you understand the #UX or #UI implications of your WordPress navigation? Do you think it is important? What with all the syndication of content, landing pages, SEO, Adwords... Do…
With these tools you can begin to weave together rally points both on the web and within things like business plans and even financial forms. To collaborate effectively you have to get the technology out of the way. These best-of-breed tools can eliminate a lot of the momentum killers.

Because, after all, CONTENT IS KING, still. It does not matter how I arrived at the content (rss, email, aggregation site, search, adwords) once I am there, the story, the words of the content are more important that all the graphic design in the world. Thanks to my 29k unique viewers. Here is an INFOGRAPHIC from Jetpack of my stats this year on Uber.la - the social media strategies blog. ENJOY and THANK YOU.
It's not the first time my little uber/virtual world has come crashing down. One of the tasks which is most fun, but also the most disorienting without a plan, is updating and participating in our social media stream. (That's what I call it, the stream: twitter, facebook, linkedin, commenting, linking) And admittedly, if I spend any long period of time working in the stream, I get unfocused and uncoordinated. So of all these things the trash bin is a welcome feature. ANY additional image editing capabilities within WP would be awesome. And the bulk update of plug-ins has really been a long time coming. Every time I am on the plug-ins page and clicking 3 - 4 "update automatically" links, I wonder why I can't do them all at once. I'll have to hunt around and find where this function lives. I've been using WordPress 2.9 since it was released and have not experienced any problems. And knowing that my database is "optimized" sure gives me comfort. Maybe it's a leeeetle bit faster, I can't tell, but maybe.
