Or more likely, I will chose PUBLIC or FRIENDS as I post on Facebook in a POST-BY-POST decision process. Consciously deciding is this a PUBLIC idea or a PRIVATE one. And if it's PRIVATE, I think I will redirect it to a different forum. Better yet, a non-Facebook forum.

So when you sum it all up, you NEED to understand your Social Media STACK. Breaks in the pipes, additive tweets and posts, organizing and maintaining your social media information flow is critical to your success. This does not mean it has to be overly complex. In fact, my goal is always to simplify my structure over time and make adjustments based on goals and changing application availability and features.
I think we need to dissect "social media" for a minute. To throw all of the types of social media into the SM bucket is a little like trying to find the ROI of "marketing."
